Privacy Policy — Solitaire: A Classic Card Game

Effective 24 September 2026. This policy explains how 37 Lohmatyx GameDev Studio handles information in Solitaire: A Classic Card Game and on its related web pages.

1. Data controller and contact

Publisher: 37 Lohmatyx GameDev Studio. Privacy and support contact: support@37lohmatyx.win.

2. Information the app may process

Game progress, settings, statistics and unlocks may be stored locally on your device.

Depending on the released version and your consent choices, Google Firebase services may process app interactions, device information, diagnostics and crash information.

Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP-derived region, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect advertising.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may store and communicate your privacy choices where consent is required.

If in-app purchases are enabled, transactions are processed by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

3. Purposes

Provide and improve the game, preserve settings and progress, diagnose crashes, measure product performance, prevent abuse, deliver advertising where permitted, and fulfill support or privacy requests.

4. Legal basis and consent

Where applicable, processing is based on consent, performance of requested services, legitimate interests such as security and product reliability, and legal obligations. You can change eligible consent choices through the app or website privacy controls when available.

5. Third-party services

The app is designed to use services from Google, including Firebase, Google Play and AdMob. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. The exact SDK set is kept aligned with the released build and Google Play Data safety disclosures.

6. Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Support and privacy requests are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the account/data deletion page or contact support.

8. Children

The service is not intentionally directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country. If the target audience changes, the policy and product configuration will be updated before release.

9. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used by those providers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when features, SDKs, legal requirements or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated.
